Mountain Halušky (Slovak Potato Dumplings with Sausage and Onion)
Horské halušky are a delicious potato dumpling dish from Slovak cuisine. They are easier to make than traditional dumplings and can be served with sauerkraut and smoked meat. They are also excellent simply topped with bryndza. In this recipe, we serve them with fried onion, paprika sausage or regular sausage, and sweet paprika.
