No-Bake BeBe Biscuit Roof Cake
This no-bake BeBe biscuit roof is one of the most popular Czech desserts and anyone can make it. Light and dark biscuits are layered in a checkerboard pattern, sandwiched with a smooth quark and rum cream and filled with whole bananas. Once it has set in the fridge, simply pour over the chocolate glaze and chill again. It tastes like something from a pastry shop, yet it comes together in no time.
