Oven-baked potatoes are a simple side dish made from just a few basic ingredients. Wash the potatoes well, cut them into eighths with the skin on, arrange them in a baking dish and season with crushed caraway, salt and oil. Stir the mixture and bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 30–40 minutes.
Preparing the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C. If you like, line the baking dish with baking paper.
