A crisp, thin pizza dough that never disappoints. All you need is a handful of ingredients, a little time for proving and a properly preheated oven. This amount makes two thin pizzas that you can top however you like.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave the dough to prove in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
Divide the proved dough into two halves and roll each one into a thin pizza base, raising the edges slightly. Brush the surface with ketchup or tomato purée, sprinkle with oregano and add whatever toppings you like – ham, salami, bacon, mushrooms, camembert, blue cheese and so on.
Bake the pizza in a well-preheated gas oven for about 10–15 minutes, or for roughly 5–8 minutes in a fan-assisted oven.
Serve the pizza immediately after baking.
