The Hradec Tyrant's Pickled Cucumbers
Mačáky hradeckého ukrutníka are traditional pickled cucumbers in an aromatic salt brine. All you need are pickling cucumbers, garlic, dill, bay leaf and spices to give the brine plenty of flavour. After a few days in a warm, light place, you can look forward to a crunchy treat, ideal after a demanding night or simply to taste.
