Baked langoše with cheese and leek are a healthier take on a favourite Czech treat. The dough made with plain flour, yeast and lukewarm milk is left to rise, shaped and then baked in the oven. The tops are spread with tomato purée and garlic, then topped with leek, cheese and ham if you like. They taste great hot or cold and are lighter than the classic fried version.
