Boneless turkey thigh is sliced or diced, then mixed with mustard, salt and pepper. It is seared with onion, simmered until tender and finished with a smooth flour-thickened gravy. Serve it with rice, bread dumplings or potatoes.
Slice or dice the boneless turkey thigh, whichever you prefer.
Season the meat with salt and pepper and mix it with the mustard.
Put the chopped onion into hot oil and let it soften. Add the meat, sear it, pour in some water, add the Masox stock cube and simmer until tender.
Make a slurry from the plain flour and water and stir it into the meat to create a gravy. Taste it, season with salt and pepper as needed and let it simmer for a while.
