Crispy loupáky are a great base for a proper breakfast – they taste just as good with yoghurt and butter as with a mug of hot cocoa. Chef Roman Paulus shows that anyone can bake them at home. You will learn how to make the yeasted dough, roll it out, cut it and twist the pieces the way French croissants are shaped. Sprinkled with poppy seeds, they take only a few minutes in the oven, and once cooled they are ready to eat.
