Langoše are originally Hungarian fried flatbreads made from yeast dough. These curd cheese flatbreads are similar, but are made with quark and need no proving. They are quick to prepare and taste great with your favourite sauce and cheese.
Mix the quark, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt into a compact dough. Leave it to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Divide the dough into roughly equal pieces and shape them into flatbreads with your hands. To stop them sticking, lightly dust them with flour.
Fry them on both sides until golden brown and put the finished flatbreads on kitchen paper.
To serve, brush them with your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
