A fragrant vegetable soup that needs no shop-bought soup seasoning. The base is onion sweated in butter, root vegetables and potatoes cut into small cubes. Sweet paprika gives the soup its colour and aroma, while fresh parsley adds a fresh finish. It is easy to make with whatever you have at home.
