These goat horn peppers are preserved in a sweet-and-sour brine made with vinegar, water, sugar and spices. The peppers are packed into clean jars, covered with the brine and then either sterilised or simply turned upside down, depending on the method you choose. The recipe uses standard pickle jars, and the peppers can be ready to taste in as little as 10–14 days.
