A fragrant pork merenda made with tender roast meat, sauerkraut and potatoes. We roast the meat with caraway, garlic and onion, then blend the juices with fried onion and combine with cooked sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. It makes a hearty dish that tastes just like Mum's.
