Katův šleh, affectionately known as kaťák, is a traditional spicy Czech dish of stir-fried meat and vegetables. It is most often made with pork, but chicken works just as well. The meat is marinated in cornflour and Worcestershire sauce, the vegetables are fried and everything comes together in a piquant sauce with ketchup and mustard. Serve it with potato pancakes, chips or rice.
