Oyster mushrooms are ranked among superfoods. Try turning them into a wonderful lunch or dinner with this recipe. All you have to do is chop the ingredients, mix them with the seasoning and bake them with cream and bacon.
Preparing the mushrooms: Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut off the tough ends (we can use them in a soup or under meat).
Preparing the potatoes and other ingredients: Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or wedges, peel the garlic and slice it, and cut the bacon and spring onions into pieces.
Combining the ingredients: Put the sliced mushrooms, potatoes, onion, garlic, bacon and seasoning into a suitable roasting dish. Drizzle with the oil, mix everything thoroughly and coat it in the seasoning.
Baking: Pour the cream over the filled dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes and mushrooms.
Serving: Bake until soft and golden brown. Serve immediately.
