Pangasius na přírodno can be on the table in half an hour. Just season the fillets with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and caraway, coat them in plain spelt flour and fry them briefly in butter oil. Serve with boiled potatoes topped with slices of butter. There is also a batter version made with black beer.
Rinse the fillets, pat away any excess water, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sweet paprika and crushed or ground caraway, and coat them in plain spelt flour so that a crust forms. Peel the potatoes and put them in boiling salted water to cook.
Heat the butter oil in a frying pan, add the fish and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side, until the flour forms a crisp crust and the fish is not dry. Then put it on a plate and place slices of butter on the potatoes.
For a batter version, season the flour with salt and pepper, add an egg and an egg yolk and a little black beer.
