Peking-Style Beef Tongue
We added this retro starter at the request of our producer Míša Englišová. We prepared Peking-style beef tongue according to a recipe from Miroslav Tomaník and Rudolf Skřivan's 'Chinese Cuisine' from 1983, also taking into account a handwritten recipe from Míša's father-in-law. The book features pork tongue, but we opted for beef.
