Roast Rabbit with Sauerkraut
Roast rabbit with sauerkraut, garlic and sausage is an unconventional but very easy main course. The sauerkraut softens beautifully during roasting and gives the meat a rich flavour. Serve it with bread dumplings or simply with bread. Preparation takes about 90 minutes in total.
