Beef coated in flour is first browned until golden, then baked long and slow with onion, mushrooms, wine and stock. The low oven temperature makes the meat wonderfully tender and the sauce full of flavour. Sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary are stirred in at the end. Serve with mash or rice.
