Tvarohová rozhuda is a quick Czech spread made from soft quark, softened butter and finely chopped onion. A pinch of salt and a splash of milk bring it together. Serve it on bread, or use it as a filling for pancakes or savoury cream horns.
Whisk the quark with the softened butter and pour in a little milk.
Stir in the finely chopped onion and season with salt. If you like, you can enrich the spread with chives, lovage or summer savory.
