Pizza made from a slightly different dough! The soft dough with plain yogurt and baking powder needs no rising. Just roll it out, spread with ketchup, top with ham, tomatoes, pepper and mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden.
Sift the flour mixed with the baking powder onto a work surface, add the yogurt and the egg, season with salt and work into a soft dough.
Roll out the dough and transfer it to a tin greased with fat or onto a baking sheet.
Spread the ketchup over it and top with thin slices of roast pork or ham, sliced tomatoes, strips of pepper and mushrooms.
Season the yogurt pizza with oregano and basil, add salt and cover generously with cheese.
Place the prepared yogurt pizza in a moderately preheated oven and bake until golden brown.
Cut it into portions straight after baking and serve. It is very tasty and soft.
